§ 16-31. Operation and maintenance of tattoo studio, tattoo artists and body art business.

The operation and maintenance of tattoo studios, tattoo artists, and body art business shall be according to the rules and regulations of the Burke County Board of Health said rules and regulations being hereby incorporated into, and made a part of the Code of Ordinances of Burke County, subject to the enforcement provisions herein.
