§ 16-41. Operation and maintenance of food service establishments.

The operation and maintenance of swimming pools, spas and recreational water parks shall be according to the rules and regulations of the Burke County Board of Health said rules and regulations being hereby incorporated into, and made a part of the Code of Ordinances of Burke County, subject to the enforcement provisions herein.
