The following words, terms and phrases shall, for the purpose of this chapter, have
the following meaning:
Employee
shall mean an individual, including the sheriff, jailers, deputies, bailiffs and dispatchers
employed by the Burke County Sheriff's Office whose work is performed under the supervision
of the Burke County Sheriff's Office and the Burke County Commission.
