§ 2-100. Labor-management disputes.

  • The human relations commission will strive to assist both employers and employees in resolving questions of equal employment based on equal employment opportunity commission guidelines. It will make itself available to assist local business and industry in cases of labor-management disputes, whether the case involves individuals or groups of individuals. To enhance its effectiveness in these areas, the executive director shall attempt to establish some rapport with plant managers, corporate officers, personnel managers or owners of businesses by personal visit and/or written communication outlining services offered.
