§ 2-199. Board of commissioners authorized to assign or modify responsibilities.

The board of commissioners shall have full authority to assign additional responsibilities to the administrator or to restrict or modify the responsibilities previously assigned. The modifications in responsibilities as contemplated in this section may be established by the board by ordinance, written directives to the administrator, modification of job descriptions or by such other method as may be determined by the board consistent with good management practices.
