A timber operations permit may be obtained upon application to the road department.
The applicant shall furnish all information requested on the permit application regarding
location and duration of the operation and the persons involved. The permit shall
be valid for only the particular operation for which it is issued.

The permit fee shall be established by the board of commissioners.
