§ 34-26. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Collection area means an area provided or designated by the county to be used for the collection and disposal of garbage and solid waste or for the location of collection containers.

Collection container means a container provided by the county and placed in the unincorporated area thereof to be used for the collection and disposal of garbage and solid waste.
