Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 3-3-20(b)(2)(B), the sale by wholesale and retail of alcoholic
beverages, to wit, distilled spirits, wine and malt beverages, shall be lawful during
the polling hours of any election; however, nothing in this section shall authorize
the sale of alcoholic beverages within 250 feet of a polling place during such time
as the polls are open.
