The board of commissioners hereby supports the formation of a joint development authority
in the counties of Wilkes, Warren, Lincoln, Columbia, Jefferson, Washington, Burke,
McDuffie, and Glascock and urges CEDO region 7 to pursue the formation and activation
of such a joint authority.
